  • Once you’ve submitted your information, just sit tight! We’re processing your information, and you’ll hear from your assigned Recruitment Pro in the next 1-2 business days. You will receive a text and an email from us outlining the steps below. 
    1. In your initial messaging, you will also receive an intake survey. Fill this out to make your next steps move quicker!
    2. Regardless of filling out the survey, you will receive a personal phone call from your Recruitment Pro.
    3. They’ll connect with you on a pre-screen call to better familiarize themselves with your goals and needs.
    4. On that call, they’ll try and match you with any job opportunities in your area that are a good fit.
    5. If there’s a match, they’ll set you up with an interview, or other next steps with the employer you discussed.
    6. From here, the hiring process will vary greatly depending on the employer you’ve been matched with. Your Recruitment Pro can advise on this in your pre-screen call.

*A pre-screen with your Recruitment Pro is an introductory call to go over your general interests and skills. If you move forward, your Recruitment Pro will facilitate your interview process with the employer.

  • All texts and phone calls from DRIFT will come from a New York number, at area code 332. If you’re concerned you aren’t getting DRIFT’s messaging, see the “I haven’t received my Next Steps…” FAQ below.

Nope! DRIFT is a direct-hire recruitment company. Every position we have is a direct-hire role, which offers consistent hours, pay and benefits, and job security.
We are a free job-seeker resource to help you easily get connected with opportunities in your area.

No. At this time, DRIFT does not partner with any clients with the ability to sponsor candidates or provide relocation costs.

If you’ve applied and haven’t been contacted yet, there’s a few reasons why this may be:

  • Not enough time. It takes up to a business day for your information to be processed and reviewed. If you only just submitted your information, give it a little more time. We recommended waiting up to 48 business hours.
  • Spam. Sometimes our messages go to Spam. Check your email and text Spam folders. Once you see our outreach, add the phone number to your contacts. This will prevent the problem from continuing.
  • Voicemail full. We’re old school at DRIFT, and still try to call! If your voicemail inbox is full or not set up, we might not be able to leave a message. Make sure and check this is cleared out, and that you haven’t missed anything from us!
  • Incorrect contact information. Sometimes people apply quickly, and don’t verify their contact info. This means we get outdated emails and phone numbers. If you tried all of the steps above and haven’t heard back, fill out this form again with your up-to-date info. APPLY HERE

For your immediate next step, there’s nothing you will need. However, you can start compiling documents that you may need later on in the hiring process. Required documents and steps can vary greatly depending on what company you move forward with, but below are some common items that maybe needed:

  • Resume
  • Certification/License Number (If applicable)
  • 2 forms of identification/photo ID
  • Most recent physical
  • SS card
  • COVID vaccine card
  • 2-3 References
  • Not quite! DRIFT will assist in your interviewing and hiring process, and you will eventually be hired directly by whichever company you are placed in. Your pay will come from these companies, and will vary depending on various factors. DRIFT will not be your direct employer.
  • By applying on DRIFT’s website, you are expressing interest in one of our healthcare-related positions from our clients. This is not to express interest in working directly for DRIFT as a Recruitment Pro, or other related roles.
  • No, at this time DRIFT does not currently partner with any hospital systems. We work with many other types of healthcare companies, including LTCs, SNFs, Home Health, Telehealth, and more.
  • DRIFT is often adding new roles and companies to our pool! Feel free to apply to work with DRIFT, and let your Recruitment Pro know your preferences. They can update your profile and ensure we reach back out when we have a better suited opportunity.
